Al-Mursalaat • EN-AL-JALALAYN
﴿ فَٱلْمُلْقِيَٰتِ ذِكْرًا ﴾
“and then giving forth a reminder,”
by the casters of the remembrance that is by angels that descend with the revelation upon the prophets and messengers casting the revelation onto the various communities of mankind
